Cancellation Policy

Speed Dating Event Booking and Cancellation Policy We want to ensure that your experience with Heirhynes Events is smooth and enjoyable. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding bookings, cancellations, and refunds: Booking Policy / Event Registration: To attend any of our speed dating events, you must complete the registration process online and make full payment at the time of booking. All spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis, and payment is required to guarantee your participation. Age and Eligibility: Ensure that you meet the required age range for the event you are booking. If you do not meet the age requirement, your booking may be canceled, and you will not be eligible for a refund. Confirmation: After booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your event details. This email will contain the event date, time, location, Ticket and any other relevant information. Nonrefundable Purchases – All Sales Are Final: No Refunds: All purchases for speed dating events are final and nonrefundable. Once your booking is confirmed and payment is processed, we do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or changes of mind. Event Postponements and Cancellations by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, force majeure), you will be offered the option to attend a future event of your choice or a credit toward another event. A full refund will be issued only in cases where we cannot reschedule or offer an alternative. Cancellations by You: We understand that plans can change. However, please note that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you cannot attend the event, you may contact us up to 72 hours before the event to request a transfer of your booking to another event, subject to availability. Transfers are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees. No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend the event without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show, and no credit, refund, or transfer will be offered. Late Arrival: If you arrive after the event has started, you may not be able to participate, and your payment will still be considered final. We encourage you to arrive early to ensure you don't miss out on any opportunities to connect. This policy makes it clear that all purchases are nonrefundable
